Security Project/Program Manager V # 26-26527

Duration:  12 months (with potential extension)  

Job Summary:

• Security project lifecycle management (specifications, drawings code compliance vendor management budget change orders, closeout documentation)
• Current staffing models allow BB SPMs to manage three new construction projects (925 management hours per project) simultaneously.
• Client is accelerating build plans for all locations — 215 new data center builds across ATL, PHL, PNE, RNO, PHX, SBN, SHV, IAH, STL, and JAN regions.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Mirroring those of a standard SPM, covering design through equipment installation and vendor management.
• Physical security system (Access control system, Video surveillance system, Intrusion detection system...)

Top must have:

• Project management
• Vendor management
• Physical Security systems - (for example - CCTV, Access control)

Nice to Haves:

• PMP certification
• Data center experience environment experience
• Security systems installation experience

YOE: 3-5 Years

Degree: Bachelor’s degree
