ESP is a growing private security patrol company serving commercial, industrial, and residential clients across Southern California. We specialize in mobile patrol — not just standing guard. We're in the field every day and we take our work seriously. We're looking for a closer who can bring in accounts and grow with us.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-based outside sales role with serious earning potential. You will be responsible for generating new patrol and guard service accounts in our target markets: Inland Empire (Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside, Fontana), Los Angeles area, High Desert, and surrounding regions. You work your territory, close deals, and earn recurring commission every month those accounts stay active.

There is no ceiling on what you can make here. The harder you work, the more you earn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and cold call property management companies, commercial landlords, industrial facility managers, HOAs, and business owners in your assigned territory

• Set appointments, conduct site walkthroughs, and present customized patrol proposals

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention

• Follow up consistently on leads and pipeline activity

• Report to ownership weekly on prospects, presentations, and closed accounts

• Represent Edison Security professionally at all times in the field

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven sales experience — B2B preferred; security industry experience is a strong plus

• Existing relationships in property management, commercial real estate, or facilities management? That moves you to the top of the list

• Self-motivated with the drive to prospect independently without hand-holding

• Strong communicator — phone, in-person, and written

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a major advantage in this market

• Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license

• Ability to pass a background check

COMPENSATION

• Commission-based with monthly recurring income on every active account you bring in

• Draw against commission available for strong candidates during ramp-up period
