Security (Satpam) - Construction Site, Shift Rotation

PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali based construction company building villas and boutique hotels. We are staffing our site organisation to take over a project already under construction, and to carry the team into the projects that follow it.

THE ROLE

You protect the site, the stored materials and the equipment. Two positions on rotation so the site is covered day and night.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Control access in and out of the site, and log every visitor, vehicle and delivery.

Check that nothing leaves the site without an authorised gate pass.

Patrol the site on a set schedule, including at night, and record each round.

Secure the store, the equipment and the site office outside working hours.

Report incidents, intrusions and damage immediately, and write them up in the log book.

Support the K3 officer by checking that visitors and workers wear PPE at the gate.

Handle the first response on fire and emergencies and raise the alarm.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

SMA or SMK.

Minimum 1 year as security, construction site or property preferred.

Gada Pratama certification is a strong advantage. We will support certification for the right candidate.

Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Able to patrol the site on foot for a full shift, disciplined, and able to write a clear log entry.

Honest and firm with people you see every day. This is the harder part of the job.

Bahasa Indonesia required.

Based in or near the Ubud area is preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

PKWT, project based, extended onto the next project on performance.

BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan from day one, THR, meal allowance, shift allowance, uniform provided.

Overtime paid separately on top of basic salary, per Indonesian labour law.

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

Mengatur akses keluar masuk proyek dan mencatat setiap tamu, kendaraan dan pengiriman.

Memastikan tidak ada barang keluar proyek tanpa surat jalan yang sah.

Melakukan patroli sesuai jadwal, termasuk malam hari, dan mencatat setiap putaran.

Mengamankan gudang, peralatan dan kantor proyek di luar jam kerja.

Melaporkan insiden, penyusupan dan kerusakan segera, serta menuliskannya di buku laporan.

Membantu petugas K3 dengan memeriksa penggunaan APD tamu dan pekerja di pintu masuk.

Melakukan penanganan awal kebakaran dan keadaan darurat serta membunyikan tanda bahaya.

KUALIFIKASI

SMA atau SMK.

Minimal 1 tahun sebagai security, diutamakan proyek konstruksi atau properti.

Sertifikat Gada Pratama menjadi nilai tambah besar. Kami mendukung sertifikasi untuk kandidat yang tepat.

Bersedia bekerja shift bergantian termasuk malam, akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional.

Mampu berpatroli dengan berjalan kaki selama satu shift penuh, disiplin, dan mampu menulis laporan yang jelas.

Jujur dan tegas terhadap orang yang Anda temui setiap hari. Ini bagian tersulit dari pekerjaan ini.

Wajib berbahasa Indonesia.

Diutamakan berdomisili di sekitar Ubud.

YANG KAMI TAWARKAN

PKWT berbasis proyek, diperpanjang ke proyek berikutnya berdasarkan kinerja.

BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sejak hari pertama, THR, tunjangan makan, tunjangan shift, seragam disediakan.

Lembur dibayar terpisah di luar gaji pokok, sesuai peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
