Security Shift Supervisor Summary:
We’re seeking motivated individuals - people that are interested in developing a long-term career in the security field. This is for a Site Supervisor role in the hospitality field, so professional and driven candidates are encouraged to apply.

Security Officer Shift Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests
• Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
• • Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
• Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security
• Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of designated site.
• Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
• Administrative duties
• Foot patrol
• Other responsibilities may apply

Security Officer Shift Supervisor Requirements:

• FL Class D Security License
• Willingness to submit to a background check
• Some Supervisory (or law enforcement/military) experience required
• Ability to stand up and walk for 8 hours
• Ability to lead and train Security Guards
• Some flexible availability- shift hours may vary due to occupancy and needs

Security Officer Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

• Security experience
• Ex-law enforcement
• Military service
