The Security Shift Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Shift Supervisor will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to meet and continue to meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the assigned site.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Assists in the training of Security Officers and review of post orders.
• Ability to provide positive directions and motivate performance.
• Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
