About the role
We are seeking an experienced Security Site Manager (IT Infrastructure) to join our team in Huai Khwang, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in protecting critical IT infrastructure and facilities. As Security Site Manager, you will oversee all security operations at the site, ensuring the protection of sensitive technological assets, data centres, and IT systems. You will be responsible for implementing security protocols, managing security personnel, and maintaining the highest standards of facility protection whilst ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily security operations at the IT infrastructure facility, including access control, surveillance monitoring, and perimeter security
• Manage and supervise security personnel, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with security standards
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security technology to detect and respond to potential threats or breaches
• Develop and maintain comprehensive security procedures and protocols specific to IT infrastructure protection
• Coordinate with IT management and other departments to ensure security measures align with operational requirements
• Investigate security incidents, maintain detailed incident reports, and recommend preventative actions
• Manage access credentials, visitor logs, and authentication systems to control entry to restricted areas
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security legislation, regulations, and company policies
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Maintain security equipment and facilities in optimal working condition
• Prepare security reports and briefings for senior management and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in security management, preferably in IT infrastructure, data centres, or technology facilities
• Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and operations
• Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV technology, access control systems, and alarm management
• Understanding of IT infrastructure protection and the importance of safeguarding technological assets
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate security personnel
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to respond effectively to security incidents
• Knowledge of Thai security regulations, labour laws, and relevant compliance requirements
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages, both written and spoken
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in emergency situations
• Valid security licence or certification (Thai security guard licence preferred)
• Physical fitness and ability to perform regular site inspections and patrols
• Experience with security management software and incident reporting systems is advantageous
