Security Solution Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Security Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive technical strategy and solution design across security-focused sales opportunities, helping shape the path from discovery through technical validation.

You will partner closely with sales teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners to position architectures that address ransomware recovery, identity resilience, and zero trust requirements.

The position also requires strong executive communication, technical storytelling, and the ability to translate complex security concepts into clear business value.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $240,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win in security deals through discovery and solution design
• Serve as the subject matter expert in security architecture discussions
• Lead technical workshops, POCs, and pilots for regulated industries
• Create executive-quality technical narratives, including solution briefs and architecture diagrams
• Understand account technology footprints and manage partner relationships
• Contribute to product roadmap feedback and maintain deal hygiene

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering and architecture experience in security
• Hands-on experience with ransomware-recovery architectures and identity-resilience systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory and core security concepts, including zero trust
• Proficiency in scripting and API tools such as Python or PowerShell
• Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making
• Willingness to travel as needed
