Security Solution Specialist

• Understand clients' IT security needs and translate them into competitive solutions, including solution design and architecture, briefs, proposals, bills of material and presentations.
• Deliver hands-on showcases: Proof-of-Concept, Proof-of-Value and demos.
• Work with principals on technical content, proposals and diagrams for RFI/RFP responses.
• Enable channel partners through training, workshops, seminars and conferences to strengthen technical and solution-selling skills.
• Write and present case studies, white papers, reports and briefings as required.
• Join growth and customer success initiatives; provide proactive advisory support to help Sales and Marketing position and close opportunities.
• Keep up with changes in standards, technologies and methodologies in your solution pillar.
• Build strong working relationships between the Sales and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a pre-sales technical role in IT security (architect, consultant or post-sales engineer), with demonstrated cybersecurity experience in a team environment.
• Technical knowledge of security solutions: network perimeter (firewall, IPS); application security (endpoint, XDR, SOAR, next-gen SIEM); infrastructure and web security (sandboxing, web proxy, API security, DDoS, CDN); access and data security (PAM, DLP, encryption); ASOC and cloud security (SASE, CASB, SD-WAN). AI infrastructure and technology stack knowledge is an advantage.
• Administrator knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; strong problem solving; able to work independently under deadline pressure; proactive learner and team player.
• Advantage: public cloud IaaS knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and certifications such as CEH, CCNA, Microsoft or other security credentials.
• Own transport required, as frequent travel is involved.
