Security Solutions Associate (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

Job Summary:

We are a value-added distributor focused in providing leading edge cyber security solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our presales department. In this role, you will be helping to provide support for our presales activity lifecycle, including formulating proper documentations, conducting study on market security products, involving in innovative ideas generation on product synergy, etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to grow their career in the cyber security solutions industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and documentation support in presales activities (including product evaluation, product comparison, Proof-of-Concept exercise, technical demo, product presentation, POC Report formulation and RFP response, etc.) as per team lead’s request so as to enhance product selling.
• Technical support is not necessary. But will offer opportunity for candidate to learn if suitable.
• Occasional helping team lead in conducting study on current market trends, competitor analysis, and specific named security products.
• Occasional working with team lead in collaborating with the marketing team to generate creative ideas for promoting existing and new security solutions.
• Occasional working internally with Sales Team, Product Team and Technical team in facilitating major project execution.
• On the job training will be provided.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Higher diploma or above (preferred in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines).
• Eagerness to accept and learn about new cyber technologies with positive attitudes.
• Previous experience in any technology or marketing role is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with any cyber security products or solutions is an advantage; but willingness to learn is more essential.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
