Commercial Security and Access Control Sales Experience Required

Inside Sales Experience Required

Knowledge of S2, RS2, Brivo, and DMP, Intrusion Systems, Low Voltage

Base Pay plus Commission Plan

Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Collaborate with team members and field technicians to achieve sales objectives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial security and access control sales
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in time management to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of product features and specifications to effectively assist customers
