Security Specialist

Summary

Experienced Project Security Specialist to lead and manage project-wide security programs for a major EPC project. The successful candidate will oversee security risk management across construction sites, camps, offices, logistics operations, and marine facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, VPSHR, IFC PS4, and applicable security regulations. Working closely with project management, HSE teams, security contractors, government authorities, and key stakeholders, this role will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, assets, infrastructure, information, and operational continuity throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of Security Management experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Mining, or Critical Infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • PTK-049 implementation
  • Security Risk Assessment (SRA)
  • Security Management Plan (SMP) development and implementation
  • Emergency Response and Crisis Management
  • Security Incident Investigation
  • ISPS Code implementation and compliance
  • IOGP Report 555 Security Risk Assessment
  • Stakeholder, Government, and Security Force coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

• Gada Utama Certification
• ASIS CPP or PSP Certification
• VPSHR (Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights) Training
• Crisis Management and/or Incident Command System (ICS) Training
• Experience working on LNG, Offshore, Marine, Port, or Major Infrastructure projects

• Capable of managing security risks in dynamic operational environments.
  Fluent in english both oral and writen
