Security Supervisor – Bilingual English/Spanish

Position: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Security Supervisor who is fluent in English and Spanish. The Security Supervisor will oversee security operations at multiple locations, supervise officers, conduct patrols, and ensure employees follow company policies and site-specific post orders.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple locations to supervise security officers and conduct site inspections and patrols.
• Ensure guards are properly uniformed, equipped, on post, and following company policies.
• Communicate effectively with site management, clients, company management, and dispatch.
• Respond to employee call-offs and no-shows and provide shift coverage when necessary.
• Train security officers on post orders, site procedures, and company policies.
• Train employees on the company's mobile check-in/timekeeping system.
• Use a smartphone and mobile applications to communicate, document activities, and complete reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Handle conflicts, emergencies, and other security issues professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and site management.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and inspection reports.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish – required.
• Previous security experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Guard Card required.
• Knowledge of unarmed and armed security protocols.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Proficient with smartphones, mobile apps, and electronic reporting/timekeeping systems.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
