Security Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

• Oversee all security operations across the campus/site, including physical security, access control, and surveillance systems
• Manage and supervise the security team (in-house or outsourced guards)
• Develop, implement, and enforce site security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures
• Monitor and manage CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control points
• Control visitor management and vendor/contractor access to the site
• Coordinate emergency response plans (fire, intrusion, safety incidents) with relevant departments
• Liaise with local police, government authorities, and external security agencies when needed
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and inspections of the site
• Prepare incident reports and security performance reports for management
• Coordinate with Chinese management/HQ on security matters and reporting

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in security management, preferably in industrial estates, large campuses, or critical infrastructure (data centers preferred)
• Experience managing security teams and outsourced security vendors
• Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and emergency response protocols
• Chinese language proficiency (HSK 4+ or business-level spoken/written Chinese) required to communicate with Chinese management/HQ
• Good English communication skills (preferred)
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Background in police/military service is a plus
• Willing to be based on-site (Rayong/CPGC industrial estate)
