Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and coordinate with any departments concerned when there are issues whether with the school’s students or staff.
• Control all systems such as Close Camera Television system (CCTV), Key control system.
• Take immediate action for the recovery of any item reported loss and found on school premises.
• Investigate when there is any incident in the school.
• Observe any abnormal activities on the part of students or staff.
• Be alert for non-visitor or suspicious people wandering around school. Report to Security Manager immediately.
• Control all parking areas including traffic flow, car safety, parking fee collection, gate control and routine patrol.
• Assist the Security Manager to ensure that security guards are only performing security related duties and not other operational or non-security related duties.
• Follow up with the security investigation in a timely manner.
• Maintain competencies in all current security procedures to ensure professional reaction and control of all emergency situations.
• Performance any other duty requested by Security Manager

Qualifications

• High School education or higher
• At least 2 years’ experience in the sector or related professional area and impeccable knowledge of security profession.
• Experience with CCTV system and monitoring
• Demonstrates basic computer literacy, with the ability to use standard computer hardware and software effectively.
• Communicates effectively in both written and spoken English.
