Security Supervisor

1. Compliance & Evidence (EAL / Safety / Environment)

• Maintain audit readiness across Security, Safety, and Environment (logs, records, reports)
• Ensure all evidence is accurate, complete, and aligned with actual site operations

2. Gap Identification & Closure

• Identify gaps in Security, Safety, and Environmental controls through inspections and audits
• Track and drive closure of all gaps within defined timeline

3. Operational Control (Onsite Execution)

• Conduct daily walkthroughs (Zone control, Safety conditions, Environmental risks)

• Ensure compliance in:

• Access control / Owner / Zone

• PPE / Safe practices

• Waste / chemical handling

4. System & Infrastructure Monitoring

• Monitor Security systems (CCTV, Access, Alarm) and Safety systems (Fire, Emergency equipment)
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure system availability

5. Incident & Risk Management

• Report and investigate Security, Safety, and Environmental incidents
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

6. Vendor & Site Coordination

• Coordinate vendors (Security systems, Safety, Environmental services)
• Ensure work is completed per requirement and standard

7. Reporting & Support

• Prepare weekly status (gaps, risks, incidents)
• Support Security & Compliance Manager in execution and audit preparation

Qualification

1. 3–5 years in Security Operations, IT Audit, or Physical Security in high-compliance environments (e.g., Data Centers,)
2. Hands-on experience with Integrated Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection)
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
6. Understand well about EAL (Evaluation Assurance Level)
