Responsibilities:
- 一般物業主管工作，負責監督屋苑∕停車場的保安及設備日常運作；巡邏、站崗、人/車流管控；處理業主或租客的投訴和查詢；督導前線員工工作， 安排人手調配及培訓員工及定期向管理層匯報
Requirements:
- Secondary 5; 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge
Employment Terms:
- 7:00AM-3:00PM/3:00PM-11:00PM/11:00PM-7:00AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day
