Security Supervisor

• Oversee daily security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel and property, proactively identifying potential risks.
• Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure environment, adapting them as necessary based on evolving threats.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Coordinate and lead emergency response efforts, including fire drills and evacuations, while maintaining clear communication with local authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma in Security Management or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of security services experience, including supervisory experience.

• Valid SIRA Security Supervisor certification is mandatory.

• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead a security team.

• Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
