Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to manage security personnel and ensure the overall safety and security of the company premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security guards and security staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
• Conduct regular security rounds and inspections.
• Ensure proper access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems.
• Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily records.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies effectively.
• Coordinate with management, employees, and external security agencies when required.
• Ensure guards follow company security procedures and instructions.
• Provide training and guidance to security guards.
• Report security incidents and operational issues to management.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of experience in security operations/supervision.
• Experience managing a team of security guards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
• Strong discipline, alertness, and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹9,724.97 - ₹37,367.31 per month
