Security Supervisor

1. Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12
• PSIRA Registered - Grade B (compulsory)
• Valid PSIRA Certificate
• Security Management Diploma / Certificate will be an advantage
• Valid South African ID and Clear Criminal Record
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Competence Certificate

2. Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in security industry
• At least 1-2 years as Security Supervisor / Team Leader
• Experience in access control, patrolling, incident reporting, guard monitoring
• Experience in managing a shift / roster

3. Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a security team
• Strong communication skills - English (verbal and written)
• Excellent report writing and radio communication
• Ability to handle emergencies, conflicts and difficult situations
• Knowledge of OHS Act, emergency procedures, and security SOPs
• Computer literate
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, nights, weekends, public holidays
• Must be based in the area of work (e.g. Richards Bay)
• High level of integrity, reliability and customer service

Pay: Up to R15 000,00 per month
