What they need
The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all security operations of the organization. The role ensures the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and company facilities by supervising security staff, monitoring security systems, and implementing safety protocols.
A qualified candidate must have a strong background in security management or law enforcement, with excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. The candidate must exhibit integrity, vigilance, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and local authorities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or related field
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in security supervision or management
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
