Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise security guards and manage day-to-day security operations at the facility.
• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
• Maintain security registers, attendance, incident reports, and visitor records.
• Conduct regular security rounds and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity or security incidents.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services during incidents.
• Ensure discipline, proper grooming, and adherence to SOPs among security staff.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setup.
• Good communication, leadership, and observation skills.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, fire safety, and emergency handling.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Physically fit and disciplined.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
