Security Supervisor

• Implement policies, standards and guidelines related to corporate security.
• Develops, implements and manages the overall enterprise process for security strategy and associated architecture and engineering standards.
• Oversees the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities, personnel and information systems. Evaluates suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions (including incidents involving outside vendors).
• Serves as the enterprise focal point for security incident response planning and execution.
• Defines and implements Risk Assessment program, which will define, identify, and classify critical assets, assess threats and vulnerabilities regarding those assets, and implement safeguard recommendations.
• Oversees the development of, and be the enterprise champion of, a corporate security awareness and training program.
• Evaluates changes to the corporate environment for security impact and present findings to management.
• Provides professional support during events (internal/ external) in order to keep and manage crowds, ensures that all events regulations are being followed:
• Disperse and communicates with field security officers and make sure that every event has sufficient security and that all major security issues are taken care of.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Criminology, Protective Services & Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience (Officer-level) in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with experience specializing in Security/Protective Services or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
