Security Supervisor

JOBS REQUIREMENTS:

Skills are required to satisfactory perform the functions of the job which includes good interpersonal skills. Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills. Social responsiveness.

Knowledge is required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job which includes level of professional; skill and/or knowledge in specific area(s) and keeps current with development s and trends in area(s) of expertise. Strong sense of team work.

Ability and Flexibility are required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job which includes responding positively to change, adapting to new situations quickly, taking on a diverse range of tasks equally effectively. Responsible for own actions. Multi-Task abilities and can work under pressure.

Experience: With 1 year work experience in the same field

Education: Preferably graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology

Certification/Licenses and Training: Basic Food Safety

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. In charge of the day to day operations of the Security department.

2. Efficiently managing, monitoring and developing a team of Security.

3. Involved in strategic development and strategy making.

4. Arranging for the induction and training off all new staff.

5. Maintaining accurate administrative records.

6. Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.

7. Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

8. Appraising staff performance and also taking disciplinary measures when required.

9. Ensuring all site objectives is achieved.

10. Responsible for all Health & Safety investigations.

11. Reports any possible product tampering to immediate superior.

12. Reports any food safety issues to higher management.

13. Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
