What they need
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to manage daily security operations. The candidate will supervise security guards, monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles, maintain security records, ensure discipline, and protect company property.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise security guards and manage daily security activities.
Monitor entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
Maintain security registers, attendance, and duty rosters.
Ensure proper security, safety, and discipline.
Handle security incidents and emergencies.
Requirements:
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage security staff and handle emergencies.
Shift & Duty Expectations:
- Willingness to work in rotational day and night shifts.
- Maintain punctuality and ensure proper shift handovers.
- Flexible to work overtime as required.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
