Security Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations of our amusement park and resort facilities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, maintaining safety and discipline, monitoring entry and exit points, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, guests, and company property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of security guards and security personnel.
• Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower allocation for security staff.
• Monitor entry and exit points of the amusement park, resort, staff accommodation, and other premises.
• Ensure proper checking of employee ID cards, visitor passes, vehicle entry, and exit records.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and coordinate with the concerned team to address security concerns.
• Maintain visitor registers, incident reports, gate registers, and other security records.
• Ensure proper implementation of security procedures, access control, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and prevent security risks.
• Handle incidents such as unauthorized entry, theft, misconduct, disputes, and other security-related issues.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, Operations, and other departments regarding security matters.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, grooming, and proper conduct among security personnel.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with police, fire, medical, or other emergency services when required.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover of duties between security shifts.
• Submit daily security reports and escalate major incidents to the management immediately.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred.
• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Guard is preferred.
• Experience in amusement parks, hotels, resorts, hospitals, malls, or large commercial establishments will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of security procedures, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency handling.
• Ability to manage security personnel across multiple shifts.
• Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and capable of handling emergency situations.
• Ability to maintain reports, registers, and duty records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
