Security Supervisor

Job Purpose

To ensure the safety and security of the premises during events by monitoring vendor entry and exit, checking materials and equipment, and preventing unauthorized access or movement of items.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the identity and authorization of all vendors, delivery personnel, and contractors entering the premises.
• Check incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, tools, and supplies against approved gate passes or delivery challans.
• Maintain proper entry and exit registers for vendors, vehicles, and materials.
• Ensure that no unauthorized items are brought into or taken out of the premises.
• Conduct physical checks of materials and packages in accordance with company security policies.
• Monitor vendor movement and ensure access is restricted to authorized areas.
• Coordinate with the event, operations, and security teams for smooth event execution.
• Report suspicious activities, discrepancies, damage, or security breaches immediately to the supervisor.
• Ensure discipline and compliance with security protocols during setup, event operations, and dismantling.
• Maintain professional conduct and courteous communication with vendors and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
• Previous experience in security, event management, hotel operations, or gate control preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and record-keeping skills.
• Physically fit, alert, punctual, and disciplined.

• Ability to remain alert during long event hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
