Security Supervisor

• Supervise daily security operations and ensure effective implementation of site security controls.
• Manage and monitor security personnel, including third-party security agencies and guard force performance.
• Oversee site access control, visitor management, vehicle dispatch controls, and perimeter security measures.
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct surveillance reviews to identify security risks and incidents.
• Conduct security inspections, audits, and Site Security Risk Assessments (SSRA).
• Investigate security incidents, losses, breaches, and other security-related events, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Lead emergency response activities during security threats, incidents, and crisis situations.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, TAPA FSR/TSR standards, and customer security requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and security service providers.
• Maintain accurate security records, logs, reports, and audit documentation.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective and preventive actions to strengthen security controls.
• Conduct security awareness briefings and provide guidance on site security compliance.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions resulting from audits, investigations, and security reviews.
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness initiatives.
