Job Description

Capital Protection Solutions, LLC is currently seeking experienced, dependable, and professional individuals to join our team as Patrol Officers, Shift Supervisors, and Officers in Charge (OIC).

We are looking for motivated security professionals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be capable of working independently, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, supervising personnel when assigned, and maintaining professional relationships with residents, property management, and fellow officers.

This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining our company's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout assigned communities and properties.
• Serve as Officer in Charge (OIC) during designated shifts.
• Monitor assigned officers to ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and client expectations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and service requests.
• Document suspicious activity, property damage, safety hazards, and other noteworthy observations.
• Complete detailed daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift summaries using electronic reporting systems.
• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, supervisors, management, and law enforcement when necessary.
• Verify that assigned patrols, checkpoints, and operational responsibilities are completed.
• Assist with shift transitions and communicate important information to incoming personnel.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, visitors, and property management representatives.
• Report staffing issues, operational concerns, and equipment deficiencies to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License – Required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record for patrol assignments.
• Previous security experience required; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience preparing incident reports and daily activity reports.
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and electronic reporting systems.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Patrol Officer, Shift Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Officer in Charge.
• Experience working in residential communities, gated properties, or homeowners associations.
• Familiarity with GPS patrol verification systems and electronic reporting software.
• Experience coordinating personnel, responding to incidents, and communicating with property management.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
