Security Supervisor (Ex-Army Preferred)

Job Overview

NovaMed Pharmaceutical Industry is looking for an active, disciplined, and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at its Lahore facility. Retired Pakistan Army personnel with relevant leadership and security experience are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 40–48 years
• Military Background: Retired Pakistan Army personnel
• Preferred Rank: JCO, Subedar, or Naib Subedar
• Physically active, energetic, and capable of supervising security staff
• Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills
• Experience in security supervision, personnel management, and maintaining discipline will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and security personnel.
• Ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.
• Monitor entry and exit points and maintain visitor records.
• Enforce security protocols and company policies.
• Conduct regular security rounds and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Manage security incidents and prepare reports when required.
• Coordinate with management regarding security-related matters.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
