We are looking for a Security Supervisor / In-Charge for our warehouse who will be responsible for supervising and controlling all security guards and overseeing their day-to-day activities and some other administrative work. The incumbent will oversee the overall security operations of the warehouse and ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company assets, equipment, and premises while maintaining the highest standards of security protocols and safety procedures.

The Incumbent Is Expected To Perform The Following Activities

• Oversee and carry out all security-related activities of the warehouse.
• Liaise with local authorities, including Police/Thana and relevant government offices on matters related to land, licensing, security, and other official requirements.
• Ensure safety and security of warehouse assets, equipment, and premises.
• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Security Guards.
• Control and monitor entry and exit of visitors, vehicles, and other personnel.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of security equipment and systems.
• Recruit and arrange security guards as required, in coordination with warehouse management.
• Maintain regular communication with Head Office and provide detailed security updates and reports as required.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, or other irregularities whenever necessary.
• Monitor functionality of CC cameras and check if incident occurs.
• Prepare and maintain duty rosters and ensure proper distribution of duties among security personnel.
• Conduct regular training, briefings, and awareness sessions for the security team to improve their performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
