Security Supervisor (Operations )

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and sharp Security Supervisor (Operations) to oversee daily security operations, supervise ground personnel, and ensure strict compliance with client SLAs and company security standards. The ideal candidate will manage team deployments, site inspections, incident responses, and client relations across commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight & Guard Management
• Supervise daily operational activities, guard attendance, shifts, and post deployments across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular site audits, unannounced night inspections, and supervisor spot-checks to ensure high standards of vigilance and protocol adherence.
• Direct and mentor security guards, providing on-the-job guidance, performance evaluations, and corrective action when necessary.
• Incident Handling & Emergency Response
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for emergency situations, security breaches, and incident escalation.
• Lead initial investigations, prepare detailed Incident Reports, and recommend preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure full compliance with site emergency protocols (fire response, evacuation, medical emergencies, access breach).
• Client Relations & SLA Compliance
• Maintain direct communication with client site managers to review service performance and address operational feedback promptly.
• Ensure all contractual Security Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met across assigned sites.
• Organize regular client feedback logs and present monthly operational summary reports.
• Reporting & Administration
• Review and sign off on site daily logs, incident logs, visitor registers, and key handover records.
• Coordinate with operations management regarding staffing shortages, site relief guards, and shift rosters.
• Ensure guards maintain proper grooming, full uniform, and required security equipment (radios, torches, logs) at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or Operational Lead in a security services environment in the UAE.
• Licensing: Valid security certification/license (SIRA / PSCOD) preferred or essential.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is required for site inspection mobility.
• Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, site management, and operational decision-making under pressure.
• Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily reporting and email communication.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
