About this position:

iWorks is seeking a Mid-Level Security Support Specialist to provide advanced personnel security and security program support. This role supports operational activities, policy implementation, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.

Salary Range: 77k-87k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.

• This position is contingent upon contract award.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Support personnel security program administration.
• Analyze security-related processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop reports and track program metrics.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements.

Required Education/Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant security or program support experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal security programs.
• Project coordination experience.
