Security Surveillance Operator

The CCTV Surveillance Executive/Supervisor will be responsible for continuous monitoring of CCTV cameras across the campus, identifying and reporting unusual or suspicious activities, maintaining surveillance records, and coordinating with the security and administration teams to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and maintain effective surveillance of the campus premises.
• Keep track of important areas including entry/exit points, corridors, classrooms, parking areas, reception, and other designated locations.
• Identify suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activities and immediately report them to the concerned authority.
• Maintain proper records of incidents, observations, and surveillance-related activities.
• Review CCTV footage whenever required for security incidents, complaints, or investigations.
• Ensure cameras and monitoring systems are functioning properly and report technical issues immediately.
• Coordinate with the security team regarding visitor movement, staff movement, student safety, and other security concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information.
• Assist management in retrieving and reviewing footage when required.
• Monitor compliance with security protocols and immediately escalate any serious incident.
• Maintain daily surveillance logs and prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with the technical/vendor team for CCTV maintenance, repairs, and system-related issues.
• Ensure CCTV equipment and monitoring area are kept organized and secure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or a similar role preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV/DVR/NVR systems.
• Good observation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
