Security Surveyor / Security Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Security Surveyor / Security Trainer to conduct security surveys, perform risk assessments, evaluate site security, deliver security-related training, and prepare and present comprehensive survey reports. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary security and safety qualifications, extensive field experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in presentation development and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security surveys, site evaluations, and risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
• Evaluate existing security systems, procedures, personnel deployment, and site conditions.
• Prepare detailed security survey reports, documenting findings, identified risks, assessment results, and recommended corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop clear, professional, and comprehensive presentation materials based on survey findings and risk assessments.
• Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare presentations and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, documentation, computations, and reporting.
• Present and explain survey findings, risk assessments, recommendations, and proposed security measures to management and clients.
• Conduct security-related training programs and develop training materials for security personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that security assessments and recommendations align with established security management practices and applicable occupational safety and health requirements.
• Translate technical survey findings into practical, effective, and actionable recommendations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certified Security Professional: Must possess the appropriate certification and demonstrate a strong understanding of security management principles and practices.
• Certified Security Trainer: Must be qualified and experienced in developing and conducting security-related training programs.
• Safety Officer 3 (SO3): Must possess a valid SO3 qualification and have a good understanding of occupational safety and health requirements.
• Experienced Security Surveyor: Must have extensive experience conducting security surveys, risk assessments, site inspections, and security evaluations.
• Presentation Development Skills: Must be capable of preparing clear, professional, and comprehensive presentation materials based on survey findings and assessment results.
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Proficiency: Must be proficient in PowerPoint for presentation development and Excel for data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
• Survey Report Presentation Skills: Must be able to effectively present and explain survey findings, risk assessments, recommendations, and proposed security measures to management and clients.
• Communication and Analytical Skills: Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate survey findings into practical and actionable recommendations.
• Professional Competencies: Must be detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and capable of working independently while coordinating effectively with management, clients, and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
