This is a contract-to-hire position for a world’s leading integrated producer of concentrated phosphate and potash, employing more than 13,000 people in North America (U.S./Canada) and South America. This position is for Tampa, Florida.

Role

The Senior Operations Technology Field Services Analyst is responsible for overseeing the health, operability, and continuous improvement of global operations camera systems and Industrial Control System (ICS) infrastructure. This role involves coordinating internal and external resources dedicated to maintaining and optimizing camera, network, and ICS-connected systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations across the organization. The position requires a strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical stakeholders on industrial networking, system integration, and operational technology initiatives.

The work is hands-on: you place and aim each camera for the required view, mount it, run and terminate the cable, connect it to the network, add it to the video management system, and test it before you leave.

What you’ll do

• Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of security and operations camera systems business wide, including configuration of cameras on both the ICS and Corporate networks
• Collaborate across IT, OT, Physical Security, Cybersecurity, and Operations departments to align camera system operations with organizational security policies
• Walk the site and confirm camera positions and coverage
• Mount cameras on poles, walls, ceilings and in enclosures, including work at height
• Run, terminate and test network cable; connect cameras to PoE switches
• Set camera network settings and add cameras to the VMS
• Test image, focus, night view and recording; fix issues on the spot
• Record each install (location, IP, photos) and hand over to the site team
• Troubleshoot and repair existing cameras when needed

Must have

• 5+ years installing IP/CCTV cameras yourself (hands-on, not only supervising)
• Cable termination and testing (Cat5e/Cat6)
• Basic LAN networking: IP addressing, VLANs, PoE
• Hands-on with at least one VMS
• Comfortable on ladders and lifts
• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel
• Authorized to work in the US; able to work on-site in Tampa, Florida

Nice to have

• Experience with cameras on OT/ICS networks
• Experience working in industrial or plant environments
• Fiber termination
• Low-voltage, networking or camera manufacturer certifications
• Aerial / scissor lift certification

Education and experience

• High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems required.
• Associate’s degree required with 5+ years working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems OR Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years working with information technologies, security systems, or camera systems preferred.
