Must Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on systems administration experience across Linux, Windows Server, and VMware ESXi, including configuration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure remediation.
• Strong networking experience with Cisco and Dell switches, routers, and firewalls, including Linux iptables and OPNsense.
• Experience configuring and integrating infrastructure logging across servers, networking devices, and firewalls into a centralized SIEM platform.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Premium, and Microsoft Entra ID, including identity management, authentication, and SSO integrations.
• Ability to independently execute technical remediation, configure systems, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement security improvements in a complex environment.

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Play a key technical role in a large-scale infrastructure and security transformation initiative.
• Perform hands-on configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and remediation across Linux, Windows Server, and VMware ESXi environments.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco and Dell switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Implement and enhance network security controls, including firewall policies, Linux iptables, and OPNsense configurations.
• Configure and integrate centralized logging across servers, networking equipment, and security devices into a SIEM platform.
• Administer and support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot identity management, authentication, access controls, and single sign-on integrations.
• Identify infrastructure vulnerabilities, configuration gaps, and security risks, executing technical remediation to strengthen the overall security posture.
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex systems, networking, and security issues.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to support infrastructure modernization and security improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of hands-on engineering tasks, driving technical solutions from identification through implementation and validation.
