Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the installation, servicing and maintenance of electronic security systems.

Your duties include:

• Perform preventive maintenance for CCTV, Access Control, Intercom and PA systems
• Attend service calls and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Diagnose faults and carry out repair works
• Perform testing and commissioning of security systems
• Carry out system upgrades, modifications and replacements
• Liaise with customers, project managers and subcontractors to resolve site issues
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records
• Ensure all work complies with safety requirements and company procedures
• Provide basic user training and system handover when required

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to travel to customer sites across Singapore
• Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage (company transport provided where applicable)
