Security Systems Supervisor / Security Systems Engineer | Nysa, Poland | B2B / Freelance

We’re looking for an experienced Security Systems Supervisor / Security Systems Engineer to join a large-scale industrial construction project in Nysa, Poland .

This is a 6–9-month, fully onsite B2B project , and we welcome candidates from anywhere in Poland who are open to working onsite in Nysa.

You’ll oversee the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of security systems , working closely with subcontractors, engineers, project management, and the client team to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery.

Location: Nysa, Opolskie, Poland

Contract: B2B / Freelance

Duration: 6–9 months

Hours: 40 hours/week

Start: ASAP

Work: Fully onsite

🔐 Key Systems

- CCTV / Video Surveillance

- Access Control

- Intrusion Detection / Alarm Systems

• Other ELV / low-voltage systems are advantageous

👷 We’re looking for:

• Proven experience coordinating security system installations on construction sites

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and/or Intrusion Detection

• Experience supervising subcontractors, technicians, and installation teams

• Industrial, manufacturing, data centre, or large commercial project experience

• Experience with testing, commissioning, integration, and handover

• Good understanding of construction quality and HSE requirements

• Engineering or technical background

• Fluent in Polish and working English

• Experience with MS Project and AutoCAD

Experience with fire alarm systems / SSP / SAP is an advantage.
