Security Systems Technician

Join NWOSS, a trusted Ohio-based security technology company serving businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, industrial sites, and residential customers since 1981. We are expanding our Cleveland team and seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in the growing security and life-safety industry. No prior security systems experience is required. We offer hands-on training, mentoring, and manufacturer certification opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation, service, testing, and maintenance of intrusion alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and more low-voltage systems.
• Work alongside experienced technicians on customer sites.
• Learn programming and troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide professional customer service.
• Follow company and industry safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift equipment, work on ladders, and travel to customer sites.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Technical school, military technical experience, construction, electrical, telecommunications, or low-voltage experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
