Security Systems Technicians

To be based in Penang & Selangor. To carry out service, maintenance and repair of security systems hardware/software (CCTV, Access Control system). To identify the causes of breakdown and attending to all breakdown of equipment promptly. Prepare service report upon attending to service job.

Assist overall equipment maintenance and breakdown as instructed by Superior.

Maintain good customer relations, providing efficient customer support and strive to provide complete satisfaction to our customer.

Requirement

• Malaysian with Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics engineering or equivalent

• Must be willing to travel.

• Must possess own transport and have a valid driving license

• Must be willing to work hands-on in the field

• Basic knowledge in cabling, network, electronics & computer.

• Strong analytical, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, independent and possess the right attitude

• Malaysian - able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Basic skills in handling customers

• Training will be provided for those without related experience. Experience in security systems maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing will be added advantage
