Your Task

The Security Technik Administrator is responsible for administrative and operative tasks in security processes. The holder of this position executes measurements and tests in the area of security and data protection, operates reference systems for security systems, and provides technical support for security management systems. This role performs the given tasks at the L2 level of complexity and specification.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex administrative and operational tasks from security processes
• Carry out measurements and tests for selected subject fields related to security and data protection
• Participate in the definition and performance of tests as part of security management and reviews in the task field
• Plan and procure technical equipment (e.g., measuring devices, testing tools)
• Run selected reference systems for security systems and specific security management tools, including managing applications and providing technical support in the task field
• Provide technical support for security management systems
• Commercially evaluate security measures and act as a point of contact for Group units as part of the implementation process
• Support employees regarding security topics
• Analyze and prepare data and information on security topics
• Be involved in projects

Your Profile

We are looking for a Security Technik Administrator with a strong background in Information Technologies, ICT Technical Infrastructure Operations, and networking fundamentals, along with relevant certifications and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Must Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in ICT Technical Infrastructure Operations
• Relevant vendor-specific certifications
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Good overview of hardware and software
• Familiarity with ITIL V4 Foundation at an intermediate level
• Effective and clear communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others
• Upper intermediate (B2) level of English
• Clear criminal record
• General knowledge at the CCNA level or higher, including routing and switching basics
• Knowledge of IPsec and SSL VPNs
• Knowledge of proxy and reverse proxy services
• Knowledge of firewalls and next-generation firewalls

Nice to Have Skills

• CCNA or higher certification
• German language skills

Salary: Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than €1,300 gross.
