Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Conduct thorough access control checks using advanced systems to verify identities and credentials
• Utilize CCTV surveillance equipment to observe activity and identify potential security threats or suspicious behavior
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by implementing established emergency response procedures
• De-escalate conflicts through effective communication and conflict management techniques, ensuring crowd safety
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities
• Perform physical security tasks such as heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining perimeter integrity when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on physical security and surveillance
• Knowledge of CCTV operation, access control systems, and incident report writing
• Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser use preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while adhering to safety regulations
• Strong understanding of emergency response procedures and firearm handling where applicable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict de-escalation effectively
• Demonstrated capability to perform background checks and conduct performing background checks when required
• Familiarity with security regulations, compliance standards, CCTV monitoring, and heavy-duty patrolling techniques
