Into action
As a QC Seed Health Development Analyst at Syngenta, you help ensure that growers around the world can rely on healthy, high-quality vegetable seeds. Through your laboratory work, you contribute to the development and improvement of the methods used to detect seed pathogens. You will join the Seed Health Development team within Quality Control. The challenge
Reliable seed health testing starts with strong methods and trustworthy data. You will follow established protocols, carefully record your results and contribute to troubleshooting when results need further investigation. Your work will involve microbiological testing methods and techniques such as ELISA, qPCR and nucleic acid extraction. You will help generate robust data, maintain laboratory procedures and support the continuous improvement of our testing processes. We work to high standards for quality, safety and governance. At the same time, we continuously look for ways to improve and harmonize the way we work. Your observations and ideas will help us make our processes more consistent, efficient and reliable.
Your profile
- You have a BSc or MSc in a relevant field, such as life sciences, biology, biotechnology, microbiology or a related discipline.
