Seed Processing Crew Lead

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree/undergraduate in agriculture or any related courses

Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities :

Supervise and monitor the activities of seed processing line

Execute seed processing line operations including seed registration, trial fulfillment, nesting, seedtreatment, discarding of materials, germination test, pick and pack support, moisture content checking, hybrid inventory and hauling

Coordinate workforce requests to Operation Crew Lead

Provide support to processing operation and practice management discipline for effective work planning and to achieve operational efficiency.

Execute Lean Six Sigma Project

Flexible and able to work technically and efficiently in all activities.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Maintain elevated level of customer service

Render other duties as assigned
