Host – House of Louie (Houston, TX)

House of Louie is one of Houston’s most talked-about new restaurants, and our host stand is the first impression of everything we do. We’re looking for an experienced host who sees the front door as the heart of hospitality: warm, organized, and unflappable when the room is full and the waitlist is growing.

What you’ll do

• Welcome every guest like a regular, from the first hello to the last goodbye
• Manage reservations, waitlist, and table flow in Resy
• Balance sections and pacing with the floor team and kitchen to keep the night running smoothly
• Handle phone calls, special requests, and the occasional curveball with grace
• Help set the tone for a dining room people want to come back to

What we’re looking for

• Host experience in a busy full-service restaurant
• Resy experience required
• Calm under pressure with a genuine love for taking care of people
• Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
