Role 1: Senior Site Supervisor

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing residential construction sites from commencement through to completion and handover.
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure projects run efficiently.
• Monitoring construction schedules, workmanship and quality standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring work complies with relevant building codes, standards and WHS requirements.
• Managing site safety, inductions, documentation and compliance records.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues before they impact project timelines.
• Maintaining clear communication with clients, the project management team and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring homes are delivered to the company's quality expectations and within agreed timeframes.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building standards and site safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to quality control, safety and program management.
• Relevant licences, qualifications and experience required for the role.

Role 2: Project Manager

What you'll be doing

• Managing residential construction projects from planning and approvals through to completion and handover.
• Developing and monitoring project schedules, budgets and key milestones.
• Coordinating site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitoring project costs, variations, procurement and resource allocation.
• Identifying project risks and implementing practical solutions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, reports and compliance records.
• Managing client expectations and providing clear updates on project progress.
• Ensuring projects meet contractual obligations, quality requirements, safety standards and delivery targets.
• Looking for opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall project performance.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong financial awareness and attention to detail.
• A solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership.
• Relevant construction qualifications and industry experience.
