Job Summary

We are actively seeking experienced Roofing Project Managers and Superintendents to lead and oversee roofing construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead and supervise roofing construction projects, ensuring all phases are executed efficiently and safely
• Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office tools
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation to meet financial targets
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee construction site activities, enforce safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance with local construction regulations
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project flow
• Track project progress through detailed scheduling, manage change orders, and resolve on-site issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial roofing projects with a strong understanding of construction scheduling and cost management
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools
• Skilled in using project management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and Schematics for project coordination
• Solid knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively on-site while maintaining high safety standards
• Strong blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret construction plans and schematics accurately
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Construction site experience with a focus on roofing or related infrastructure projects is highly preferred
• Effective communication skills for managing contracts, project documentation, and stakeholder expectations
