Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director in daily tasks, scheduling, and administrative matters
• Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and gatekeeping
• Handle contextual business communication and coordination with internal and external parties
• Prioritize and follow-up on multiple tasks according to the Director's needs
• Assist with basic office finance, recordkeeping, and other administrative matters

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 in Secretary, Office Administration, Business Administration, Management or any related fields
• Good communication skills in English - both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate the Director's needs
• Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
