Selection Specialist

The Selection Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, evaluating and submitting candidates for the agent position that are a match for job openings that fall within the scope of Teleperformance’s client requirements.

Education and specific Training: Education: High School (or equivalent) degree minimum

Work experience: The Selection Specialist must have a strong human sense and previous Customer Service experience.

Minimum 6 months in customer services related areas, highly desired to have experience conducting personnel selection process.

Technical Skills

Excellent computer skills Typing test 30wpm / pc test 100

English Proficiency B2+

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Execute the selection process as defined by BEST R&S and local process, policies & guidelines from TPDRP to identify skills, competencies and define profile according to position requirements contained in the Job Description.
• Execute job proposal sessions according to BEST R&S and local process, policies & guidelines from TPDRP.
• Execute necessary screening methods per candidate according to ERF and client contract.
• Document all recruiting related activity in R&S system.
• Adhere to Selection KPIs.
• Achieve BEST R&S process certification.
• Attend and actively participate in assigned LOBs PTL and/or retention meetings.
• Analyse and report of candidates’ behavior.
• Execute self-update on line-of-business’ requirements including methods, but not limited to nesting and remote monitoring for at least 2 hours once a month.
• Transmit the need to update agent’s Job Description to Selection Coordinator when LOBs changes require it to.
• Prepare and gather candidate’s paperwork to create their internal file.
