Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy Leadership
Define and own test automation strategy, roadmap, and standards across projects
Lead automation efforts for functional, regression, API testing, and data validation testing • Ensure optimal automation coverage and ROI • Guide teams on framework design, execution optimization, and best practices Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in: o Java / Python / JavaScript o Selenium / Playwright / Cypress o API Automation (REST, Postman, REST Assured)
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to testing
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred) AI Smart Testing
Exposure to: o GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants o AI-based test automation tools o Data-driven and analytics-based testing approaches Good to Have
Experience in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services domain
